I have a ticket support # already in. Fughar Time piece was used and somehow the ring went missing i've tried restoration, and item recovery.

Did you try searching for the item with the Item Search function?
Was the pen capotia from another season? Your seasonal character is not able to use it, after all

Did they get back to you? I have the same problem with pen capotia necklace.
