Remove or at least limit down smahses

Like in topic just limit down/air smashes to 1 it's annoying when you bouncing on the floor 3-4 times. Its enough u can CC oponent 3 times and then you can hold him on the ground with down smashes.. Korean PvP. 3 CC and 1 extend is enough, losing control of your character for a such long time is not fun.
