I tried to use two coupons from Prime Gaming, one for Irene and one for a scroll of some sort. The first worked, it appears in the Web Storage, but is nowhere to be found in-game. (Checked the mail obviously). The other won't work to begin with. what am I doing wrong?

The other one is for a resurrection scroll, and that's the one that won't work. The maid one seems to work, it says I've redeemed it, but I can't find the maid in-game.

Ressurection scroll is not something we have in game on PC, so that does sound like a different game.

If you redeemed the coupon for the maid via the website, you will first have to go to your web storage to then send it to your account on the correct region. If you redeemed it in game (and after sending it via the webstorage), you can find it in your mailbox (Hotkey: B)

Yes, you're right the restoration scroll is for BDMobile now that I look at it. But the maid is still nowhere to be seen, it appears in the webstorage with the correct redeemed date as if I've sent it to the game but won't show up in the mail...

Not that it's vital that I found it, I just thought maybe I was doing something wrong. I've never had troubles with coupons from other sources than Prime Gaming.

Can you send a screenshot of the item in the web storage? Usually it should not show up at all if you have sent it to the game already, unless youre looking at the history. Maybe we can check that it is correctly sent?
