Hello,
As you can see from the attached screenshot, my seasonal character cannot access the next mission (Everfrost - Haven of Slumbering Origin) because it's shown in a non-accessible region. I have changed the servers twice and rebooted the game twice, but no change with this issue. How can I correct this issue? I have posted a ticket to Pearl Abyss.

You have to go to the top of the "Mountain of Eternal Winter" and then go inside the door there. The reason why your autopath is directing you to the area in the screenshot is because that is actually where the instance is located on the world map; The enterance to it is at the top of the Mountain of Eternal Winter though, if you follow the path.

I have a question about the PEV accessory event, is this a continuation of the 1st event?
I ask because I already did the last event and got my PEN accessory. will this event give the second one?
If so I don't see a quest or any information ... like I said I already did I already have a PEN accessory thru the quest from the last event so am just making sure because I don't want to miss the second/current PEN accessory.
If not, will there be a second assessor event?

The current event is for people who have not yet completed the Jetina PEN Accessory quest. Those that already completed it will not get any benefit from the event.
There are no announced plans for another PEN quest for a second accessory, so I cannot tell you anything about that, as I dont know.

Couple of questions: I'm stuck on the magnus quest with the Abyssal Knight Quest i ended up changing difficulty cause I tried several times on the hardest and now it wont "Activate" the quest where there is a cut scene it doesnt show then the game has to be restarted, i have scan files reset PC and it always does it even by switching back to original difficulty also I forfeited the quest everytime I restarted. So any advice on what to do would be appreciated!
Second Question: Why is Eileen not there for me to greet on my main character i have done most of the quests but didnt know if its a certain quest I have to do to be able to greet her. Thank you

A. Please close the game client and restart. Once you’ve restarted your game, re-enter the Magnus without selecting a crossroad quest (leave the UI active on your screen), interact with the Abyssal Alter, activate Dreaming Kamasylve, and select the crossroad quest to resume the questline. Please note that this issue should be resolved with the Oct. 26 update. |
Does this help you with your issue?
For the second question I'm not quite sure myself where the NPC is or when she will be available again. But it seems from what I heard that she will be there again after finishing the questline, so maybe it will happen once you unlock the Balenos teleport location.

Hi there, please first delete your cache, and the repair the game by clicking on "Scan Files" in the launcher.
Cache Locations:
1. Documents\Black Desert\UserCache
2. Black Desert Online\Cache
