I had my fishing rod equipped on Tuesday night when I logged out and when I logged in yesterday, my main weapon was gone. I now have a quest to exchange a tuvala weapon, which I don't have. Do I just cancel the quest and buy a new weapon?

Hi there, can i ask if you are playing on NAEU PC or another server? Just to make sure.
Also please attach a screenshot of your char and what kind of weapon you currently have.

I would like to propose to introduce into the game tracking the rollback of a skill with a 200% charge with a separate icon, it can only be tracked in the window where all the skills are on the rollback and there it is lost.

Im sorry, your offical support is thru DISCORD? REALLY? An app I absolutely can't stand. You could't build this into the game?
I'm a new player experiencing the worst new player onboarding experience I've ever seen. MILLIONS of questions because the game text and quest texts are so vague and terse.
Already hanging on by a thread 2 hours into this game.

as clearly visible on the Pic that Andaro attached, the help you can receive on discord is Not Official Support. It is simply a section of the official discord where we Ambassadors (aka Players that volunteer their time in order to help new and returning players and answer questions) can give some more in-depth assistance. If you are looking for the official support, here is a link: https://support.pearlabyss.com/Support/Start/Index/PC (You can also access it by opening your B Menu in Game and clicking on the "support" button)
Of course you can also post your questions on the forums or in the Group Chat in game. Andaro simply wanted to make sure everyone was aware of the official discord and let new players know of the options they have.

I would like to know where the mole is for the weekly farming quest all its says it's in a garden there no marker on map or option on the quest tab to move to?
Moles are content regarding to Farming. There cannot be a marker on the map because people can put their farms in very different spots. Here is a guide for farming, and one to also explains moles:

Greetings, I just came back to thee game and i have a huge issuee, I am missing my Guardian's sub weapon, I had a Nouver or Kutum shield at I believe tri or tet when I last played and I can not find it anywhere. I have checked all my storage and character inventories, is there any way beside item search to try and track down what happened to it? I don't think I sold it and have no clue if there is a way to check.

Hi, I suppose you used to have an Oasis Weapon. this was a free TRI Kutum basically that was given out during a year-long event due to covid to help out everyone playing. However, the event ended a while ago, and these weapons were deleted.
There also is a new function called "Find my item" added. Type in the name of your subweapon (Shield) and see if it can find anything. (In case you didnt have an Oasis weapon).
If you want to get another weapon if you dont find it, I recommend making a season character and getting a pen tuvala subweapon (and also rest of your gear). This will make your further progress much easier, as it is a full set of basically free TET boss gear + tri gold accessories. The boss gear can then be upgraded via quest to PEN, which is cheaper than making the PEN yourself, or buying it from the market (though it gets more expensive after doing more than 2 weapons and armors).
