There is no freaking way Pearl Abyss Devs are adding EVEN MORE EVASION when the sit is already broken, and further just crippling DR. These are some of the worst, inept, out of touch developers I've ever seen. There is no possible way they play this game.

It gives literately the same stat at duo as a c20muskan gives, and then increases the same rate as every other FG do so IDK what op really want here, it's literately working as intendeed.
The only real complain could be why they not merged eva and DR boots together, but they was not smart enough to do it with the gloves so this was to be expected.

Should be mad at the fact that evasion gets more stats than DR when aiming for C20 boots.
+4 from 2 levels, while DR only gets +2.

What do you even mean, those stats do not trade at 1:1 rate to begin with? And you get 3DR and 4 eva for every level after duo FG...

It progresses at the exact same rate as the rest of the FG items from base to pen.
