I may just be new to Warrior, but it seems silly that you have a DR class with such low accuracy on their skills and the only accuracy buff I can see is a 3 seconds +15% buff on Prime: Counter that is effectively cut to 1.5 or 2 seconds by the skill animation itself. I think you either need to increase the time or add some kind of accuracy modifier to Warrior Scars of Dusk and maybe Heavy Strike or do both.
