Add higher DP-Brackets

Suggestions/Comments: Add DP-Brackets (be that pve only) beyond 401 to make upgrading armors more attractive.
We have a lot of players who have 420-430dp with kutum and without defense or hybrid accessories. And the stat gain from duo-tri or tri-tet armors is pretty low compared to tet-pen boss. I think it would be nice to have brackets to grind towards again, instead of basic 3dr 4eva per item level and give more reason for using hybrid defense accessories such as narc, orkinrad or ronaros (at least in pve). 
Those brackets would need to be smaller than the 6dp we had up to that point, because the amor levels are smaller (5dp boss/10dp c9 vs 3dp slumbering origin). 
Example: 
4dp stepts from 402 to 425 (405/409/413/417/421) 1% (monster) dr each for 5% total (you have 412dp duo armors with kutum, no accessories, all journals etc)
3dp stepts from 422 to 434 (424/427/430/433) 0.75% each 3% total (you have 424dp tri armors with kutum, no accessories, all journals etc)
2dp steps from 434 to 451 or 461 (435/437/439/...) 0.5% each 4% or 7% total (you have 436dp tet armors/448dp pen armors with kutum, no accessories, all journals etc)
keep in mind +/- 5dp per pen narc/orkinrad/ronaros/disto
12-15% total additional (monster) dr aka damage from monsters, with full pen slumbering origin armor and/or dp accessories. For example simple cron meal has 6% monster dr and exalted perillas star too. Beasts draught/elixir of remareble will 10%, armor draught 12%. So it would not be game breaking I think,, as you can already stack up to 24%.

This makes a lot of sense considering we are getting the new boots. Evasion is getting EVEN MORE EVASION, and DR is STILL Plateau'd. Everyone that has all the new fallen God armors has over the 400 DP. Enough is enough.

You not supposed to build such trash acessories in PvE, and any build that trades AP in PvE is useless by design, especially in bdo where you not going to die in PvE anyway once you know what to do.

Also it would not change much either way given how monster AP works, DR hardly changes anything on endgame spots.

id rather have PA either stop with 1shot trash pack or stop crystal destruction, cuz thats really the issue. If you die a lot, your silver/h will be bad aswell.

I don't know why you are emphasising the "even more evasion" point on account of the boots. It's only an 8 evasion gain over c20 muskans, oh no, 1.75% more evasion rate after they just added Visionary Elkarrs. Like, Who actually has a problem with this? I don't really get it tbh

Almost all new players struggle with those Brackets and hidden stats.

It just makes the game more complicated and is completely unnecessary.

Remove all Bracket Bonus Stats and work them into normal Item Stats.

first of all, % stats in bdo are fixed and not actually % of something you can change. 1% accuracy is ~4, 1% eva is ~5. they are based on the base stats of characters.

so with that out of the way, what is the difference between % monster damage reduction and - % monster damage? essentially the first one doesnt exist. because there is no base stat that could be applied %-wise. If you look in your "my stats" window, you see "Monster damage reduction rate" in the middle bootom. and that is what cron meal and co declare as "damage from monsters -%". Its the same.

cant see that. the system is so complicated, you wont get to print it on an item desciption and have it work the same. and reworking it from the ground up is too much work for a bit of clarity. what pa tries to do with this is to give you individualized progress, regardless of equipment. sheet stats are simple and you cant give a new player the my stats window to deal with. 

maybe one could simplify it a bit, but for what? never change a running system. at least we have a good understanding on how it works now. the defs decided that if you have 260ap a gain of 9 ap should feel huge. and if you have 309, they dont want you to feel a big difference. its non linear progress.
