Suggestions/Comments:  It is my hope that you change the Corsair 'Mermaid Form' to match that of a classic mermaid (tail/fins.) Please allow us to customize our 'Mermaid Form' in character creation. Even her costume/outfit pieces depict the classic mermaid (fish tail), it's kind of a tease that they don't actually look like that. The cutscene in Edania also depicted her mother with fins. You've shown it's possible with the release of Maretta (Siren boss). Also, Corsair should transform immediately upon entering water and remain in that form indefinetly whilst in water. 

  They should also have unlimited breath/stamina in the water. Their 'Sea Lungs' passive should be changed as such. If not unlimited stamina, have it work similar to how stamina works on land. Only use stamina whilst 'sprinting' or in this case 'fast swimming.' While the stamina regenerates they swim at a normal speed similar to their jogging speed on land. On land you can jog and sprint from 'point A' to 'point B' without trouble. For example; if you run out of stamina on land you're not reduced to a walk! They simply jog while their stamina rengenerates. Obviously mounts make it quicker, in this case it would be ships. Corsair should work similarly in water as she does on land if not a little better. Have her swim at a normal speed or pace while her stamina regenerates. Being a mermaid she should not get stranded in the ocean!

  As Hashashin has unlimited stamina in the desert, it's only fair that Corsair should have unlimited stamina in the water.

  Bonus/Alternate Suggestion: If Corsair's Mermaid Form cannot be altered, then please release a 'proper' Mermaid Class! Or possibly a Siren Class to serve as an antithesis to Corsair. Like Drakania/Guardian or Woosa/Maegu. With a customizable form that's automatic and permanent in the water with unlimited breath/stamina (water only). It could work similarly to a bard. Have a harp for a weapon or a Conch Shell, music based skills with water effects. That can heal & buff allies as well as damage enemies. Something similar to the Tideborn (from Perfect World). Honestly I was hoping for Corsair to be like the Tideborn when she was announced and revealed as a 'mermaid class.'

You can see how short the transformation is, it also really eats up the stamina making it next to useless. Even with potions and costumes...

Ahh if only...

This really in generally a reoccuring sentiment and I don't mean that to discourage the post, I mean the devs really should hurry up and do something with the feedback already. 

Yeah you'd think. I see so many comments (forum threads, reddit, and youtube) stating how this class was what brought them to the game because of the mermaid bit. Then when they actually played one, well it was a bit dissapointing to say the least. I was one of them, I was on a break from the game and came back because I heard about a mermaid class being released. I've always loved pirates and mermaids so I was very excited. Then I played her and she was not at all what I was expecting. I've only recently given in and leveled one. She feels unfinished. She's not quite a pirate, yet she's not quite a mermaid either. She's in a weird place. She's supposed to be both yet she feels like neither. She feels akin to a small child playing 'make-believe.' If that makes sense. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy her otherwise I wouldn't be so vocal about wanting her changed. It's just I would enjoy her far more if she truely felt like what is stated in her lore. A mermaid (possibly the last) hiding out as a pirate with her loyal crew. If they did this, it could renew people's interest in the game (such as those who like myself who were rather disappointed with Corsair) and possibly garner new players and bring them revenue. I mean what other mmorpg has a legit playable mermaid?

I'm OCD when I notice a typo I fix it. On top of that, the way this damn thing does, it pushes two words together. I fix that one, it screws up another sentence. Plus I recently added to it, just some thoughts on the current situation of the class and how I feel about it. You don't have to be an ass. If you don't like it, scroll past and ignore.
