Please consider doing something about guild quests!
I'm tired of swapping servers 100 times to find a guild quest that I need and when I find one, surprise: there are no more guild quests because there are ONLY 10 for 100 members. So it doesn't matter if you are small-medium-large-extra large, you get the same amount of quests. It's just that if you are extra large you can enjoy pages full of small size quests! You can't be serious with quests Small-Medium-Large in a XL guild, it's so depressing, seriously!
Increase the number of guild quests and make it so it so you can choose what quests you can see for example if you have an XL guild you can only see XL and L quests!!!
Stop pushing people from a spot to another because they can't find the desired quest. For example I was looking for a quest at Blood Wolf, swapped main servers for an entire hour so 6 resets x 3servers= 18 chances of getting an XL Blood Wolf. Unfortunately I wasn't lucky and I went on another spot. After I started grinding and the quests reset, guess what? First reset gave me a Blood Wolf. Well would you look at that, 'game really loves me' I said!

I totally agree.
Also, I really like the event where we can kill any monster without having to find a specific guild quest because you are on a specific spot.
This should be permanent.
Plus I think the limitation of 10 guild quests for the whole guild should member-wide. So members could to their own guild quests.
The system needs to be revamp and to give more money to the guild.
If there is a revamp and rework of guild missions, one thing I'd like to try including is better guild mision rewards on arsha
I remember a few specific times while grinding for pot pieces, at places like Blood Wolves, I'd encounter a small guild doing their guild mission there which meant there'd be a whole squad of them grinding the area and trying to push out everyone else. This happened a few times, but not enough! It was frankly very fun to try to survive and fight and grind while a whole group of other guys tried to dominate the area for a while.
That was really cool, because it was a meaningful PvP scenario occuring in the open world of the PvP server, and no one was losing karma for it or anything, it was just as clear as "this guild has a mission they need to complete in this zone on this server, and other players are in the way so they must be fought."
Anyway. Sorry for side-tangent. I agree that guild missions can be made more exciting & convenient in a number of ways.
A good change for guild quests also could include:
1. Different approach regaring the number ( 10 quests for 100 players it's not ok, increase the number of available quests based on guild size or put a limit per player in order to give everyone same chances)
2. Either filter the quest size base on guild size (small ones for an XL guild it's a bad ideea to have) so i'd say the same thing put the guild size and size - 1 as only available quests or make that the player can select the size when you choose the quest, it's a waste of time when you have like 1-2h time to play but you have to swap servers all the time in order to be able to find a quest so you get an extra cash.
3. Quests rewards are not enough, it should somehow be equil based on size (some life ones are earning you less silver compared to combat ones) also they should earn you more silver since everything on the market got so expensive.
4. Also, the thing you need to kill or gather for the quests, it's a waste of time to pick a desired guild quest with a desired size, beside this, for life skill, if i want to gather wolf meat(not hunting), i can't accept a guild quest because the only available one is to gather wolf blood. Quests could be changed in a more standard way and not so specific, you can go by groups like, monsters from a specific region, or specific tasks like gather meat (any kind of), gather blood (any kind of) and so on. And would be nice to have everything covered by these quests so anyone no matter what activity is doing could complete them.

what's the point putting your heart and soul in the development of your Guild when PearlAbyss will just hand it over to some other person in case you get hit by a truck or something and go in a comma for just 14 days. It is a waste of time

I dont care, as long as guilds are doing what they were created for. Reward its members and create communities where you can have fun, do stuff together and create great memories together!
They need to just remove the rng of what missions pop up and let us pick from a list of all the missions. They need to remove the cooldown timer after doing missions so that if you're in an extra large dead guild you can just knock them all out in one go since you're the only one thats going to be doing them when most of the guild is afk or offline.
Its high time we got new guild changes that encourage healthy guild cooperation.
Another thing is that they should get rid of the boss scroll missions and make them spawn every week (like they said in the last Calpheon Ball). In some guilds, these missions are like jobs for a few members because they want everyone in the guild to enjoy the group content so...
