Standardize Dim Tree Caphras Requirement

Suggestions/Comments: Please standardize Dim Tree caphras C1-C20 to match Red Nose. All other boss armor (bheg, leebur, muskan, urugon, giath, and griffon) doesn't have a mismatch on Caphras requirement, but Dim Tree has been the unique "boss armor" requires more Caphras than all other boss armor. I think it is a noob trap ("HP is better than regen... right?) since the introduction as Caphras, and I believe it is time to normalize Dim Tree as usable entry-level boss armor.

Yeah, I don't know why they decided 100 more hp on boss armor was worth adding an extra 3b-ish cost in caphras for c10, and more before we had fallen god to take c20's place.
