So it means you can't use 530% skill xp + 200 % blessed skill xp? That's problematic....
Hmm... I kinda confused now. Can someone explain what this all mean?
Coz in my understandig, this means, while you have Season/Olivia Server Buff, Bell, Valuepack now stack with scroll XP, (Not sure it was the case before), but will not stack with other existing Skill XP scroll.. That basicly means, you gonna have a real painfull grind for Skill points... At least how i can understand this...
People who spawncamp, Streamsnipe (which is already agains Twitch Community Guidelines) , kill me with their red chars or try to cc me so mobs kill me are disrupting my gameplay so they can get banned? If Yes good changes! PvP should not be used to bully and disrupt people. Specialy with the "Mob feeding" attitude.

Twich community guide lines have nothing to do with literately anything.
Saying that it agains it is like saying that I write some bs into a .txt file and say that it agains my rules... ok... who cares?

For the first part: the Skill EXP section moved up two slots and was combined with the combat EXP discussion.
All it is saying is that the event combat and skill EXP buffs (Hot-Time boosts) stack with other buffs in effect on the character, and doesn't overwrite them.
Which means nothing has changed, it's just clarification/consolidation of the section and being more explicit with the explanation on how event boosts stack with existing boosts.
It has nothing to do with how normal scrolls/elixirs/etc stack with one another.

Protip: Go down from the changes table and read the entire proposed policy:
| Disrupting Gameplay | 1) An act of disrupting the normal gameplay of a specific member or several members by maliciously using the game/operating system 2) An act of constantly bothering or harassing a specific member and disrupting their gameplay |
So it's malicious harrassment, not just normal PVP activities.

So anyone who come to take your spot = ban.
Because by using DFS or ALT + C or DecWar to take your spot, he is disrupting your gameplay.
Maybe they should just create PvE servers where PvP is forbidden (like everyone is asking for years), instead of banning their players for playing the game how they like to play it?
