Is it really necessary to have to do a captcha every time I refresh the BDO website or the in-game notices? Cookies exist for a reason.

Adding another plus one (which stated numerically is apparently not allowed) on this. If I'm accessing content from inside BDO, you don't need to verify that I'm not a robot. You know my exact account info and I had to auth to get the game started.

I even tried viewing the Adventurer's Board (F2) in-game today and got a captcha asking me to choose all the tiles that show parts of a motorcycle. I'm literally in the game, fully authenticated and playing a character on my account, and am trying to check the boss schedule quickly for a new player in my guild but can't do so because of the captcha. It takes longer to get through the captcha than the respawn timer where I'm grinding so I'd have to leave my grind spot to actually do something as simple as just glance at the boss schedule.
This is beyond ridiculous to not be able to differentiate client access methods to content and have captchas showing up in the game. Please fix this.

This captcha stuff is getting a bit out of hand.
Me going to the website to download the client onto a literally brand new computer that has been online for <5 min:
"Sorry, we have ''detected'' your computer as to possible have malware. Please spend 3 minutes solving these captcha."
::captcha's solved:::
"Sorry. Captcha's incorrect/invalid. Please solve these ones"
:::repeat. login accepted. Goto forums to leave feedback:::
"Please solve these captchas"
:::solve captchas. spend more then 5 min typing. Hit submit::::
"Submission failed. You were 'inactive' too long. Please solve these captchas...."
***edit*** decide to skim the feedback forums for a couple minutes, 3rd thread clicked... "Please solve these captchas".

This. I just got into cooking and have to check the recipes a lot and man it's so darn frustrating!

I am logged into my BDo account with 2 step authentication and trying to just look up a recipe, and the adventure's board refuses to load, i have no UIs running, no adblockers, and i let it sit there for 30 minutes, any other ideas PA, any chance that You could make it easier for people to actually get information to play, or maybe just ask us nicely to go play another game?
