Add a (one time) quest for swapping the seasonal blackstar main/awakening/offhand

GM's will let u transfer offhand to mainhand, awakening to main etc,
Would be much easier if there was an npc who let you do this.
Right now they don't let you swap the weapons if u enhanced them to pen for some reason, might add that aswel

I accidentally picked for mz lvl. 61 Rewaed the TET mainhand but i didnt realise i couldve recived a quest where i could obtain a PEN Blackstar from the Character with Antlers. I couldve received a TET Offhand instead since i have also Received a PEN Awk. Pleae help me. How can I reach out to them to hopefully help me since I would be really sad having a PEN and TET mainhand and having a PEN Tuala offhand. Thank!

This would be awesome, considering they have released multiple blackstar weapons now. It would allow players who started in an awkward time of all these being given away, not knowing exactly what to choose, to reset and get the gear they need for the characters we play.
