Its bothered me for quite a while. Not all of my friends are in the same guild as me and sometimes I run right passed them because there isn't a marker for friends. We have a green party marker and a blue guild marker. But why don't we have anything to show us if we have friends close by?

While I'm bartering sometimes I run into friends at sea but I have no way of knowing its them because everyone at sea is a white square. 

A friend and I almost killed a friend while at sea fighting a siren. Why? They were just a white dot. Please mark non-guild friends in pink.
