Arsha is supposed to be a PvP server.  There's no reason to have lvl 49 protections on Arsha.  Every other server is fine, but being on Arsha should mean consenting to PvP.

Even though I don't PVP, I thought this would be a given for PA with Arsha. If you choose to go into a server meant for PVP, you shouldn't have any protections other than gear, buffs, and your skills at playing whichever class.

I would go the opposite direction.  Extend the PvP Immunity to everyone 59 and lower.

2 level 56s in full pen Tuvala can't kill each other, they actually can not have their skills do enough damage to eat through the DR.  Sub 60 you can not PvP no matter what you do.

That's a good question too... I mean are you really going to find a level 49 anywhere that's going to impact your level 60+ grinding? Anyone at 49 in Trees or beyond are just gonna get taken out by the mobs. They are just lifeskilling if anything without any impact on grinding spots.

Nah, but with all this crying for PvE/Lifeskill servers (ya, i'm one of them), I think it's only fair that the PvP servers should be full PvP.

Ahh, gotcha.  Well if PA ever creates just lifeskilling servers, that might make sense.
