Rework the Capotia system

Suggestions/Comments: I feel like Capotia accessories were originally meant to be a solid and easy to get yet limited alternative to the best accesories out there, but as things stand now they're outdated. Let me put it in perspective, if you spend thousands of hours getting to level 65 all you'll get is a TRI Capotia Necklace. I'm sure that it was welcomed to some degree back in the day, but right now it could hardly be more useless.
A full set of PEN Capotia won't get you through the hardest zones out there, but would help immensely if you're still figuring things out. Furthermore, I strongly believe that, ideally, a full set of PEN Capotia accessories should come after a full set of PEN Tuvala and before anything good enough for the endgame. However, as things stand now that's among the worst decisions you could possibly take. Therefore, here's some changes that would make them viable in my humble opinion.
- Reduce the required amount of Yona's Fragments by 50%: I'll be using earrings as an example here. You currently need 300 Yona's to craft them, which right now would cost you 600.000.000 steel if you get them by burning Centaurus Belts and always get 7 of them. Even if we go back to the 10.000.000 each belt used to cost, we're talking about over 100.000.000 steel more than a Black Distortion or a Vaha's Dawn.
- Make them breakable but cheap to cron: they're so expensive that not being able to make sure that, in the worst case-scenario, it's gonna stay as it was before attempting to enhance it is a huge drawback. I believe that it would be fair to make them breakable, but in exchange cronable at the cron price of a blue-grade accessory.
- Let us heat them in exchange of 5 to 7 Dreamy Crystals of Balance: by doing this we could safely get any TRI Capotia to PEN by heating from 3 to 5 accessories, depending on luck and RNG. It would also give some utility to unwanted Capotias that are just sitting in the storage because you already have a better one.
Players would still have to grind them and decide if they're worth it or not, but it would at least be a viable path to pursue.

Between season rewards, the new(er) crystals of balance, and the level rewards, I have a full PEN Capotia set. I would not have crafted or enhanced any of that, just not worth it. That path is accessible to anyone, it's all freebies. It fits the traditional "it's a marathon, not a sprint" sense of the game.

2 things, 1 the level you get the final Tri Capotia should be lowered to 63 and the rest adjusted accordingly or the ease of getting to 65 needs to be adjusted. The Capotias just shouldn't Downgrade with Jetina and everything else there is no reason to have them downgrade anymore.
Now they also should add a full set of Jetina accessories as well. You should be able to do 6 Jetina accessories.
