There are currently 16 agris spots in the game and the agris we get is 20k/day with all the agris adventure logs completed. The agris consumption on average on each spot (that I could find data for) is:
Jade's Forest: 50k+/h
Kratuga's Ancient Ruins: 35k+/h
Yzrahid's Highlands: 20k+/h
Padix Island: 20k+/h
Ollun's Valley: 40k+/h
This is just to put in perspective that for most agris spots, if we want efficiency, we are capped at best at 7h/week depending on the spot or in some spots even 1-2 hours/week.
I propose to implement these 3 changes:
1) Raise the maximum from 100k to 300k
2) The daily agris gained to be raised from 20k to 50k
3) Reduce agris consumption to be roughly 15k+/h for all agris spots
I think the best change would be such that efficient grinding hours per week to become 21, for an average of 3 hours per day.
Pearl Abyss, even if you want to keep it more strictly capped, I would suggest making agris gained to also depend on hours spent in game, as it is for rewards depending on in game time for each 30 minutes spent in game.
The point of agris is to be a catch-up mechanic for people who don't have 3 hours to grind per day, it's not a mechanic to boost your every grind session. Also, the top cap is specifically made so that they can push retention (like all of their other trash retention mechanics) not to allow players to hoard it for days before they do grinding.
What you're asking for here is a straight-up buff to silver/hr for everyone who has more than 1hr of time to grind per day. What should be edited is agris silver gains across all spots to be equal gains for 20k agris*, which you've already {somewhat} recommended as a solution under #3. The goal should be to increase the choice of spots you can grind with agris, not increase the gains that we get. Increasing silver/hr will just lead us to get 4m cron stones this September which will be just spiffy.
It's probably really easy to calculate the silver value/agris* and equalize it across spots. This should lead 20k agris to be worth the exact amount of silver/agris in each spot.
*This might be the way that it currently works, I am just too lazy to calculate it and PA doesn't like to be transparent about its data. Also considering videos that have done the stats, and PA's balancing sheet so far, it probably isn't.

why make 3 changes when its "fixed" by changing the consumption?
I completely agree with you, that wouldn't be a significant increase in silver production per hour. We need some changes, and with that hexe/jade/kratuga etc... And these spots will be populated again, and the open world will be balanced. Not everyone will come to consume their Agris only at Olun's and Yzrahid's Highlands. Players from Dehia will go back to Calpheon Elvia because it will be worth grinding there again, plus other spots. As I said, totally agree.
