Unable to submit Video for Guild League Rewards

Hello!
The site went to maintenance on the 27th from 5pm to 10pm EST - We were unable to upload youtube videos to the link provided during that time. After Maintenance, we were still unable to upload videos regardless of what the event said. I'm writing this still an hour ahead of maintance and still cannot upload the video to the link provided. It comes up with a black page that says the link is no longer working after the initial form is filled out. This doesnt make sense because its still an hour before maintenance as mentioned in the second picture below for the cut off time. Please assist.

Due to the recent changes done to the CS center, you won't be able to attach video links. For now, please send in a ticket and attach your participation so we can have it register for the event.
