Suggestions/Comments: The ingame party finder still uses character name as party leader display, instead of family name. Majority of the playerbase uses family name in chat as its much easier. Change the party finder to use family name.

Add an option to party finder to send a whisper to the displayed party leader. Sometimes its very hard to copy character name to chat window if it contains special characters or I/l exchange.
