sadly pearl abyss doesnt listen or doesnt care about our pvp community
they just need t stop to reinvent stuff. We asked for years for a new rbf map. Took them forever and then we got Garmoth and valencia map. Like why make a new "mode" instead of just rotating maps regular as we original asked? Was less work needed to make the community happy, way less time to implement it etc...
The thing that keep the game alive is pvp not pve ,we only pve so we can pvp ,keep killing pvp and see how your game die out

Developers seem to have forgot this key rule for making a good game.... and BDO had it in the beggining. now devs are trying to kissass to so many people that they are ruining their own game and killing off its loyal players that have been here from the start for the things that made bdo different.

I am still mourning for open world pvp, its sad watching old clips and such. There still needs to be deliver an actual replacement!
The war declares changes was probably one of the most stupidiest things i've seen from the day I play this game.
I wish PA would reduce the guild/alliance sizes... 100-150 was nice when there was a solid population. Making cap 75 players would not only bring more guilds into the scene but also bring more peoples willing to do g league.
Absolutely agree, there is no need trying to re-invent the wheel with every update.
BDO already has a lot of content that would be fun if the issues with said content were fixed, like all the stuff that can be abused in nodewar, the awful queueing rules for Guild League or simply the lack of different maps in Red Battlefield (gets dull seeing the same rangers on the same roofs in Valencia RBF)
Red Battlefield would infinitely profit from just having a new map introduced every now and then. There doesn't need to be a new system with new maps, we just wanna fight and not dash into the same walls every RBF. New systems could be interesting, like a mini nodewar with prepped bases that's accessible all day or a capture-the flag system, but even just new maps without any special rules and slightly better rewards would help this content a lot. RBF is one of the most popular activities (after grinding), so please give it the attention it deserves!
Also there has to be a wider range of nodes for 30-50 attendance and no penalty for guilds to be killed too fast. Sure lock out guilds who bring less than 15 people so the snipes aren't coming back, but almost everyone can be nuked by an unfortunate ctg play in less than 10 minutes. It's quite depressing to have 30+ geared people willing to fight but no uncapped nodes even close to that range and the chance to be locked out for a week if you dare placing somewhere a siege alliance decides to snack the node.
Might be a hot take but imo alliances should be reworked too, nothing has killed more guilds than the constant ally swapping in low tier nodewar where 3-5 guilds send their minimal amount of people and blame eachother after a nodewar didn't go too well, then cut members shorter to invite another guild to their alliance. The game needs low tier guilds to grow on their own, because if the newcomers can't start learning nodewar without already having an experienced alliance carrying them and being in the diplo discords to not get zerged they'll just swap to the experienced guilds or quit nodewar entirely.
Guild League should only allow you to be matched with guilds a few ranks up or down and the ranking should be determined by who you've defeated, not grinding points with easy wins. Do a matchmaking like Arena of Solare to decrease waiting time and only match guilds within 5 ranks up or down from eachother so there's less waiting time and more fun fights.
Hopefully PA finally adresses the issues EU has so we can all enjoy PvP content again ^^
