Sorc's 3rd Rabam "Shadow Hellfire" has been BROKEN for ages

Hi.

A long time ago sorc's third rabam Shadow Hellfire was changed from bouncing two times to being only one bounce thats slightly longer (this is perfectly fine). However ever since that change all skill flows from the ability got completly broken which I can only assume was unintentional but you guys have STILL NOT FIXED IT.

All I ask is for the flows to be AT LEAST improved back to what they used to be. This skill went from "okay" to down right bad because of how broken it is. For example holding C used to flow into the Forward guard animation but now it flows into a worthless animation-locked and unprotected C-swap...

On a related note I'd also like to bring attention to how stupid it is for Violation to cost 300 stamina! Not only is violation not even a fast movement skill, its also completly unprotected and requires certain flows to be cast properly. If we compare it to a more recently added skill; Twirling rhapsody on awakening Maegu is FULL SUPER ARMOR, moves slightly quicker and yet it costs only 100 stamina! Violation having a 300 stamina cost is just incredibly outdated and should be changed. 

 

Sorc's movement skills are neglected and needs some love.

While this is nice, I would go a step further and ask for the second hit to be returned. As well as allow it to flow properly in canceling other skills such as dream of doom. In succession you can hold rmb after dream of doom to cast hellfire smoothly to cancel the recoil. Please add this for awakening as well.

And yes, violation is outdated af on stamina costs.

Not sure, but to the other poster requesting to return the 2nd hit.  I'm not sure about that.  If I recall, and I may get this wrong, Hellfire used to double bounce like Dark Flame.  But it was this just extended the animation and left Hellfire locked in the FG for a longer period of time and worse the skill was easily exploited.  When you saw the first bounce you knew a second slow bounce was coming, directly towards you, so you simply did you dash behind them, helped by the HFs forward bounce and cc'd them.

I remember when the I read the patch notes I posted that I sure hope the kept the damage and the total distance traveled remained the same.  And it roughly did.  Now it give less of a signal wth only 1-hop and hence a lot less exloitable.  I think the skill is far better off as the1-hop.

An unmentioned issue I have with Hellfire is that PA stopped "adjusting it accordingly".  Initially, the CDs on both skills were really longish.  Shadow Wave being just under twice as long as Hellfire.  Shadow Wave is a nice skill but few used it because of the CD.  Eventually the CDs of both were lowered keeping the relative CD times intact.  Pretty much every Awak and Succ player slotted Shadow Wave.  They then dropped the CD on Shadow again, but not on Hellfire.   

Now noone used Hellfire.  I do (wrongly, but I do) as I play Succ Sorc (wrongly, but I do) shaded more towards melee over mid-range, but mix in both.  Another Succ Sorc player once said I play it old school.  

Anyway by not adjusting Hellfires CD PA really hurt the melee style and pushed Succ Sorc strongly towards the "stand there and throw pellets" style.  One I dislike.  PA should bring Hellfires CD back inline with Shadow Wave by adjusting it down to 8 secs, 9 at most.  With Acc/Eva changes Succ Sorc got destroyed and really really could use whatever help it can get.  And honestly a 75% PVP reduction is way too high.  No Rabam, ie. filler skills, should have 75% PVP  reductions.
