My Season Pass won't progress past the mission "Complete the [Horse Emblem] Seal of the Secret Guards quest." I went to the stablekeeper in Trent and finished the quest, but the season pass didn't register it. I can't claim any rewards past level 21 on my season character.

Someone else mentioned having this issue a week ago: Season Pass Stuck

I don't have a solution but I may make a new season character soon and can try testing around if no one else comes forward with a solution/explanation in the meantime.

Edit: I am not sure if this is the quest or not but it is the one that I was given as a season character that is horse related.

But the only thing I had to do was talk to the stablekeeper and it completed. Never had to register any emblem and it didn't have anything to do with the season pass progression, it was just a side quest given along the way. I am not sure how this is related to the season pass then. Hopefully someone else who better understands the issue can come forward.

Summer season.... so these are reallly old season characters created before they got rid of it being a "seasonal" thing? I never made a season character until after they removed it being a time locked thing as I don't like doing gameplay that makes me feel rushed.

My season pass:

The current season passes no longer have that as a quest. It seems this must be something PA will have to patch specifically from what I can tell. Wish I could have helped more.

I just ran a season character* last night. At the end of the questline the stable keep in Eiton gave me that T6 emblem. I had no quest for it. If I recall, when I created a new account a few months ago I was also given a T7. So new players might be seeing a dream horse first, then a T8, then a T7 and finally a T6. I like the variety. But horses that are an intro to breeding might be a better route.

This is a newly created seasonal character. I made it a week ago and this is my first character. Attached is the picture. I already used the seal so I have the horse from that quest, I just don't know why my season pass doesn't register my quest as complete.

Your Pass says "[Summer Season]" which means it's from the Summer Season in 2023!
The new Season pass looks like the the screenshots others have posted!

But to your problem:

If you have completed the quest but it did register, talk to your black spirit. It may has an Chat option to complete it.

If you can't fix it with the help of the black spirit, send a ticket (https://support.pearlabyss.com/blackdesert_naeu/) and make sure to include the screenshot of the season pass.
