Salanar unique idle animation not playing/occuring.

I recently got gifted a [Scholar] Salanar set from a friend of mine and one of the unique features of the outfits is a unique idle animation, however it doesn't play and instead is just the character "A posing".

(1) As a Scholar, equip the Salanar chestpiece
(2) Wait for when idle animation loop is supposed to start

(3) "A pose"
