The person I got the game to play with and I both had our trials expire and encountered an issue with the region at the same time. I have been told that I should be able to purchase the game here, but neither of us can. Since we have foreign bank accounts and payment details, we decided to request a region change. Our tickets were submitted at the same time. Both accounts also had the Google ID form submitted at the same time.
It has been 10 days - only one of the tickets has been resolved, and it has been resolved for several days now. Meanwhile, my ticket is not even being replied to. I've lost 10 days of my season pass time.
I was ready to spend a couple hundred dollars on this game... I just want to buy my Gamepass and get back in game, but support isn't even giving me the "your request has been received" update. If tickets get resolved by order of submission, can someone please explain to me what is going on here?
My suggestion is this... At the very least, the cursory updates are comforting to know our issue is being worked on... It would be amazing if support could keep us informed, and when we're inconvenienced and lose in-game progress and rewards - or even in my case, miss a 90% sale - because support has taken a long time to resolve our issue, it would be amazing if we were reimbursed for that. I'm a (would-be) paying customer... It hurts the bottom line of the company when support requests that are basically a customer saying "can you fix this so I can give you my money?" aren't resolved in a customer-service like timely fashion.
