Remove sail crystals from solare.

Players are forced to use sail crystals in current meta leaving wins and losses often to rng, this is not suitable for ranked competitive environment. Sails should be removed for the coming AOS ranked season

Why remove resistances? Equip Kutum and 2x Elkars and you nullify the Sail's effects. On top of that, if you got passives as ignore Resistance, then you could avoid Kutum. Unless you want Nouver and RBF crystals to CC 100%, which is not really balanced, is it? From my point of view, one should trade damage output for Resistances/Ignore Resistances/Tankiness.

Rng shouldnt be a critical part of pvp at all, thats partially what the issue was with eva builds making the chance to hit so incredibly low. In a ranked mode this is way more important. Having a combo just not work because the other player literally just got lucky is just a problem. There is zero skill in "I resisted his cc while i was laying on the ground", thus it should have no place in a ranked game mode. I'm normally ok with how a lot of games do resists, by just making it have reduced effects. 

Example: If having 60% resist gave you something like 30% faster recovery time. That way it isnt rng and would be counterable by just doing faster/shorter combo's

Build diversity in bdo is already terrible as it is. I would love to see actual stats mattering a lot more than rng in a fight. If you want to not be cc'd all the time then (git gud) but building for it should be an option without ruining skill or being arbitrary. 

Mitigation in builds is good, RNG in builds is bad.

Great idea for a rework!
My point is that first of all, skill acceleration is real (dunno what will happen with changes, will have to see).
As a Maehwa, I dash a lot and this dash is supposed to be impenetrable to CCs except for a well timed Grab. I get CCed a lot during the Dashes, especially when under a lot of hit counts. Is my unluck, your luck? No skill involved there.
To second that, Skill should be to outplay in general with current skill set, which is different for every character in game. Some characters have more ways (Protected and Non-protected) to CC someone, while others count on just a couple of skills. If a Ninja/Kuno/War/Mystic throws you down (legit Grab), the downsmashes to kill you are insane. While other classes that can CC you through a slim window, that possess no Grab mechanic, cant depent on downsmashes. So whose skill is legit and whose is unjust? And why is Lahn's grab not a dependaple CC while she is in a position to CC reset you?
What I am at, is that the way PA has distributed class mechanics, if not for resists and ignore resists, many classes would be dead already and other classes would be overtuned af.
PA needs to Rework the CC Mechanic, indeed. But not remove it because an already-overtuned-for-AoS Ranger doesn't land a CC while getting chased for more than 40 seconds (as is one of the highest DPS mobile classes while kiting in AoS). No offence there for the coincidence with OP, as I did run those crystals yesterday while chasing a ranger for 45ish seconds with another person and could not catch her whatsoever, not even decent damage. Good kiting skills, I admit. And that should be it. Why should she be able to CC everyone all the time even while freecasting? There is no skill to that, rather that dumb enemies. If she was allowed to be freecasting while back attacking, she should be able to kill everyone.
