It's been too long and repeatedly asked but here is one more request for PA to look into and improve this process to allow players to focus on obtaining the final variants for these items. As a completionist myself, I despise the thought of one day consuming hundreds if not thousands of resplendent stones in an effort to make progress towards sharp variants. Not only is this costly and seemingly endless suffering to the person enhancing them but it also causes a massive amount of new players to struggle in obtaining their resplendent variants for end game.

yes! Its worse than upgrading a BS weapon right now...at least let us use cron stones on it to stop the downgrade.

I would be okay if they keep the 3% success chance on those last steps, just please remove the stone being destroyed, it would keep the rarity but not make it as painfull when you fail to balance it it could take more resources on those final 3 upgrades to get the experience to allow growth.
