Killed Baby Vell but Durong doesn't have my loot. Where do I get it?

You have to walk forwards to the bridge, below where Baby Vell was floating at. Its loot drops there. You can pick it up yourself or with a pet. Once you get the loot, you can walk to the NPC to complete the quest.
