Delusive light PEN (V) Artina Sol buff no longer is -10% + -15% Mov. What about Sol Enhancement Effects?

We recently got a patch where the maximum -mov% is now -20% on skill. Having done some testing, this is the case on Shai with Delusive Light as well having a PEN Artina Sol. (Meaning for 20sec the target will have a -20% debuff). You can easily recreate this test having your target walk in a straight line and time it using Delusive Light. Then have another player use a different skill with a -20% mov debuff on your target and time it. And voila!

On the base skill you get to have -10%


Artina Sol is supposed to give you an extra -15% on top of that debuff.


So when math = mathing, that's supposed to be -25% Mov, while in reality its now -20%. Making a TET Artina Sol just as good as a PEN Artina Sol in that regard. I wonder how long its gonna take for PA to even notice that it doesn't make any sense anymore.
I'm also appalled that regardless of your Artina Sol level, ANY of the enhanced effects STILL aren't shown. The base effects of 10% are always shown whether this is on Sun Moon Stars, Delusive Light or Misty Haze. Why are we still not able to see the enhanced effects on the buff? Its crazy that its been this way for years now.

In conclusion, its so saddenning to see just how forgotten this class seems in terms of gameplay. The attention on Sol in particular I find very lackluster. I'm not only saying that just because of the topic that I'm discussing here. Back when Misty Haze got nerfed on global labs, it was nerfed to a flat -35 DP reduction. (They made this untestable on glabs!). In that week, realising they would have to change how Artina Sol enhancement effects worked for the Misty Haze skill, they instead made it a 3 minute cooldown.
I realize how much of a shot in the dark this forum is and there is no way this is actually going to bring any attention, I guess I just wanted to state what was on my mind.
Dont even get me started on the other recent changes..

Seems accurate since this bug has been existing on the Shai skills since launch. No idea if these new values reflect reality or are still bugged deceptions. However, I will note that this patch is the death of two skills for a class with very few skills to begin with and the misleading tooltips are just depressing amounts of oversight.

Such an annoying thing.... that the class who already suffers the most in a lot of ways in this game is once again being completly forgotten :(

Preface: I know shai is being shafted with a lot of the recent changes, this does not go against it.
But movement speed debuffs are capped at 20% from skills, plus 5% from addons, so even if it applied the theoretical 15% extra, it would not work and show only as 20%. So we cant really say if its a wrong description, or if it just applies the cap. There definitely should be some kind of tradeoff though, so maybe you should suggest something for that (as I'm not a shai player, I dont know what would be appropriate).

I already stated that the current cap is -20%. The entire reason I wrote this is because as I said, the cap is 20%. PEN Artina Sol enhancement buff was supposed to make it 25%. In reality, it is 20% because of the cap. That makes the extra percentage you should be getting wrong  as it doesnt even count above it.
I could go on and on about what I think should change but I'm going to be totally honest here; I feel like I'd be wasting my time. Sure if the current topic seems some change in the upcoming months I'd cook something up. For now, there already exists a great post regarding Shai which I will link below.
