1. Sorting by Family Name: It would be incredibly helpful to sort mercenaries by their family name. This feature would enhance organization and make it easier to manage our mercenaries effectively.

2. Uniform Payment System: Allow us to distribute the same amount of money to all mercenaries at once. If we wish to allocate more to a specific individual, we can do that individually. The current system, which requires us to go through each mercenary one by one, is tedious and prone to errors. This change would streamline the process significantly.

3. Kick Misbehaving Mercenaries: Implement a feature that allows us to remove mercenaries who misbehave. While I understand that some may disagree with this option, there are situations where it is necessary. Misbehaving mercenaries can disrupt the entire team and ultimately lead to bans from boss runs. Being able to kick them out and terminate their contract, with additional pay if needed, would be a practical solution.

These improvements would greatly enhance the overall experience and efficiency of managing mercenaries within our guilds. Thank you for considering these suggestions.

allow mercs to leave before the normal time please. PLEASE ALLOW HOST TO KICK INDIVIDUAL MERCS. There are so many people now that ask what server, what time, what order, when is CTG. This is disrepectul towards the host. Its getting out of hand that people can't be bothered to look at the add....takes a few secs. IT'S NOT HARD PPL!!! I believe that if those ppl get kicked before guild bosses start, they would hopefully learn quickly. If not, then they don't deserve to participate in guild bosses with that host. PLEASE ALLOW THE HOST TO KICK INDIVIDUAL MERCS!!!!!!

A small adition that could prove useful is for the Khan boss
With the removal of loot sharing in a party, if the crystal kill party doesnt constist of guild members, and there are mercenaries instead, it results in a loss of black crystal cannonbals.
If at all possible, at least allow mercenaries to trade in the black crystal cannonballs they gather to a guild member, or add a specific storage so they can deposit them and guild members can retrieve them. :D

A very smart idea for guilds, hope to see it in the game sooner or later.
