Hi,
I was trying to get back to BDO today after a long break but discovered that the game would randomly desync my monitor and put it in "no signal found" mode. Clearly, this points to a GPU issue. I could still talk to my friends on Discord so Windows didn't freeze and was working underneeth. However, moving the mouse caused weird DOS-like beeping sounds for a while. I had to manually do a "hard" reset after that. My drivers are up to date. My specs are:
- Intel 14th gen CPU (yeah, I know)
- ASUS 4090
- 64BG RAM @6000 MHz
- 1200W PSU
- NVMe drives with a 2-day old game installation
- Windows 11
Any suggestions welcome. Is anybody else reporting similart issues?
Thanks
Good afternoon,
I know this is a year late response but have you found any solution to this?
I am currently struggling with the same thing but it only happens when i grind at Jades Forest.
I have similar specs to you except im running a intel 13700k but same GPU and 1000W PSU.
It doesnt happen anywhere else but Jades and ive been doing so many tests and trying to fix it so many ways and i cannot find a solution.
on a 4k OLED monitor it happens but on a 1440p monitor it does not but i did experience some weird lag after a while on the 1440p.
But when i play any other games on MAX Settings 4k OLED like Cyberpunk, Doom Eternals, etc it does not crash nor does it give me a "No Signal Found" Mode.
Ive tried every setting on BDO besides Low/Low Optimal. I just don't quite understand why this keeps happening. I need to grind Jade Forest for my Flame Of Frost for the helmet but i cant if this makes my Display go black every time i go there.
