Rework/increase garmoth spawn times

Suggestions/Comments:
Please rework spawn times for garmoth, as they are difficult to make for those in certain timezones which can heavily impact chances/possibility of getting a garmoths heart (ACST times linked for reference)
As the rewards can only be claimed 3 times per week it should be possible to increase the amount of spawns without affecting drop rates/attendance, or rework them to a solo scroll that people could take at their own leisure for a maximum of 3 times per week
