I've been gone for a couple of years, Why is there hardly any new sexy female outfits now and the new one's seem toned down compared to the old outfits? Did I miss something?

Are you even looking at the outfits? This is just one example. I remember seeing that one thread that had over 500 outfits that were non-sexy but really cool. I think that they need a few outfits from there instead of these types to be honest. 

OP seems out of touch with reality. Outfits nowadays are either irl clothes (Asian school uniforms, Hawaiian t-shirts and swimsuits) or just sexualised Halloween costumes (sexy nun, sexy maid, etc.). No lore-friendly gear, no armor, no realism.

I actually dunno what exactly you mean with "Non Sexy" and towned down?
Or do you want such excassive outfits like they're having in Blade and Soul where you bassically nearly can see bare boobs...
At latest the Kibelius is the least farbic of an outfit you can ever have, it's bassically only underwear...

But I totally have to admit what Edana said: the most shop outfit desighns are somehow not even lorefirendly at all just for your "fetish".
They want to keep it typical fantasy medieval era like in using old materials, but the deighn itself is of nowadays age sometimes- Like the Salanar outfit.
Or they are actually weird like Kunoichi's Awa class oufit Ayo- looks more like a fashing costume than lorefriendly xD
Or using a kind of Nier Automata outfit, tarnished as sexy nun outfit. Helloween outfits for highest fetish! (let us be having real playable demihumans/Beast/Monstergirls!)
Don't even want to start with all those bikini stuff, or Sailor outfit like Epheriamarine! That's totally not a desighn or old age and typical fantasy world xD
