Yesterday I opened a Bloody Outfit Box on my Mystic and I only got 3 items: Dress, Gloves and Shoes. No headpiece. And each item only covers one slot.

I searched bdocodex and the central market and apparently there is no head slot-covering item for Bloody Outfit.

However, older pictures of characters wearing the full set (see here) have two small red horns on their head. Where do those come from?

Is/was there a Bloody Outfit head slot item?

The [Event] Devil Horn Headband is not an official part of the costume. It is a family bound event headpiece alongside other similar event cosmetics such as the [Event] Scarecrow Mask and [Event] Sweet Cone Hat. They were obtainable from past Halloween events I believe. I am not sure how often they are available as I got mine many years ago.

However, since it is shown in that picture I personally feel it should have been included. That being said, when I look up the box text it does not mention the headpiece being included. It does specify armor, glove, and shoe slot :c

Edit: If you got the outfit box off the Central Market, maybe during the original sale the headpiece was a part of it but outside the box. And whoever bought it kept the headpiece but listed the box since the headpiece is not listable.

I got my Bloody Outfit Box from an [Event] Choose Your 10 Years Outfit Box. If I knew I'd only get 3 items, I'd probably have chosen a different outfit.

At least now I know the horns come from [Event] Devil Horn Headband.

Well, send it back! Tell them that they forgot to add everything!
