Stop scamming people by listing items on the pearl shop that they cannot use

I purchased a black spirit pass by mistake thinking it was the day pass when I went to refund it to buy the correct item I did not have a refund token and had to wait 8 days to get another. However PA would not refund it because I didn't have a token and still won't refund it because the 7 days are up even though it's been just 1 day over. I do not have any seasonal characters or tokens I can use it on so they just scammed me out of $30. Horrible greedy company.

You can get a refund if you immediatelly contakt support.

I submitted a request within 5 minutes after the purchase. They said I need a refund token and I would not get one within the 7 day window so there is nothing they can do even with it just being 8 days.

Hello Apachey,
I double-checked your case, and the refund was denied because you already exceeded the one Pearl Refund per month limit. As stated in our Operational Policy all Adventures can request one Pearl Refund every month, but we won't be able to process more than one refund. We must follow these policies and rules to ensure fairness with the rest of Adventures.
I would recommend keeping the Black Spirit Pass for a future character as we are issuing new Season Character Tickets every 3 months more or less. So even if you cannot use it now, you will in the future.

Well, as you described, it's all your fault man :v you bought it by your mistake, you also used the refund limit of that month. They're all within policy too :v what do you expect? They didn't scam you at all; the pass is still there for next season. Just be careful next time!
