Actually we had a problem 2-3 years ago,  when T9 wasn't a rare horse anymore. Devs added T10 horse  and said people need feel that they have an unic horse.  So what do we have today? Too many people have at least  one T10 horse. The only good thing -> is T10 pegy is very useful, what I can not say about doom or dine. I wouldn't go for doom or dine if not treasure item with personal stable.

I hate devs for this. Like they had a great idea, add horse with 3% fixed chance and it would be really a rare horse.  But as soon as people (especially new players who think that everything should come to them as a gift in the mail) start crying, give me this, give me that, give me the pity system here, oh and this is so hard and long, so i just want to talk with npc and did nothing. This is so annoying...

The developers are constantly leaning only on new players and never on veterans. I have absolutely nothing against free pen bs or gift T9 horse or 5 free tries once a year for a t10 horse. This is perfectly normal as it doesn't do much damage to the rarity. Some items are too old and are not so valuable, but t10 horses were added just recently. Well, now we have what we have, wherever you look, there are t10 horses parked everywhere and so what? There is so much joy that everyone has the same horse as you. The developers, as always, will add something worthy, and then everything will be spoiled.

I prefer the DIne over the Ardunatt due to also not having fall damage and it being fast still and not guzzling down carrots like a sportscar that is the doom.

Yeah, I know some people like doom and dine. It already depends on people, but the most popular horse is pegy anyway. I think it is like 70% pegy, 20% doom and 10% dine.
