PA have explained their philosophy behind "treasures." they're supposed to be rare, not something that every single player has. they're supposed to be, "wow, i got this really rare drop," instead of, "holy poopoo, i've been here for 600 days and still no drop omgwtfbbq."
aside from events where mobs in other areas might drop certain pieces, i don't see PA changing how treasures work unless somebody can have a meaningful discussion with them about design choices that make things easier for players and how those tie in with the vision they have for their game.
also, i don't believe the infinite pots to be necessary. sure, it's incredibly convenient to not have to watch your pots; just have a good fairy and infinite pots and you're set for life, but ultimately, it's a QoL item. in practically every other game, you need to keep an eye on certain resources and plan your stock and usage. is it good game design? maybe not, but hp/mana and potions are things that have become the mainstay of rpgs from the early days. players are supposed to prepare and check their potions before leaving towns or going adventuring. if everyone could easily get infinite pots, you might as well forget about potions and just have our hp and mp/wp/sp regen at a fixed rate without any player interference, because that's what miraculous cheer and infinite pots would do.
and fyi, the only treasure i have is the map because those areas are quiet and easy to grind. i don't plan on forcing myself to grind for the pots; i don't want to have to come across 1-million-hour crazed and desperate players while i'm trying to have fun. when dealing with treasures, maybe a change of mindset might be healthier?
tl;dr - treasures should remain rare as PA intended and not so easy to get that they become commonplace. treasures are ultimately convenience items, not necessities. stay sane; it's a game.
I disagree their rare treasures just like the compass pieces they should stay as they are even if it takes 1000hours for one piece it's what makes it fun, just have patience.
The youtuber ImPansy got all infinite mana potion in under 6 hours, infinite health potion parts in around 30h. Whereas me I got just 1 of the parts in 40h and that was with blue loot scroll and +50% drop rate event. There are plenty of people with over 1k hours with no bite too.
It's the fact that some people can get the pots in a matter of hours while others can take years with no luck that's enraging. A less RNG dependent option to obtain them would be appreciated.
