Thank you,

A) For movement that isn't impaired by what is in front of us. It make so many places fun now.

B) For giving us more AP so we don't have to wait for cooldowns to finish out that final TINY bit of health everything also seems to have... everywhere. It is still there, but it is way less now.

Minor Issue:
While you gave us better horizontal movement, losing Soaring Arts has still left us with no Z-Axis ability.

We WERE a class FOR YEARS that could jump. Not as well as Kunoichi, but we were always the Scouts.

Since removing our Z-Axis everything is a struggle in that department. Heilang is also defeated by pebble at any given time.

Simply, we can't jump "up".

This is a problem across the whole of Black Desert. You are very aggressively intolerant of us using the Z-Axis for any reason. Be it in combat or for fun. A real irony considering how much you used to let us have so, so, much fun with it. This is even reflected in the Pegasus. It goes "down". Not up.

It's a minor thing, but it signicantly contributes to the sense that Black Desert is declining. We are losing abilities we had for no reason other than "it wasn't intended". Okay sure, but was it fun? Yes. Could you add these things in to the game? Yes. Do other games have it? Absolutely and in great variety.

This is one area of the game you flag in hard.

Please do fix this at some point.

Conclusion:

Interesting change. Slower more cinematic combat is probably going to be a lot more fun than this "moves so fast the computer crashes" that we've had. The abilites still feel rather weak. Again, like animations. Not actually impactful, but this "punching trees" thing is a whole other thing that is also universally boring. So, on the whole this shows signs of life and actually great attention to detail. The ability apply micro actions in combat feels more responsive and inventive. On our end, too. This will lead to new combos and creativity during combat. A minor problem is that the flow is too long. 10 seconds fights with our other abilities and tends to lead to combat being over before the ability is reset. As well as the next combat. So, 10 seconds tends to be too long. 8 seconds is a good cooldown period for core abilities.

If you're confused on timers just think in 3s. 6 seconds is a weak pack of creatures, 12 seconds is a somewhat average pack of creatures or more often 2 packs. 24 seconds is getting into a protracted fight that probably means you don't have the gear to be there. 36 seconds and beyond is like Griffons in Navaran Steppes when you have 210 ap. It's a fight and you need to be prepared going into it because it hits back just as hard. Beyond that is some sort of creature that has no mechanics and cannot be killed by any amount of cleverness. It is simply there to exist. It might serve some larger purpose, but to the player it is dead content since it is unresponsive to anything they might be doing. Avoid, avoid. After 40 seconds you are getting into group content. Since this game has attempted to remove its group content entirely we can cease discussion from here on. You don't know what you're doing so far as the player base is concerned beyond this point. It doesn't mean we don't respect your attempts, but it's not 'fun' as our creativity is unrewarded typically. This is timer-content where nothing interesting is going on other than a timer is refreshing. Either for the event that lets you do meaningful damage to mob to come back or the thing destroys itself to liberate us from its monotony.

Overall, this feels like a nice return to form if you can build on it without leaving classes behind. Probably these changes will come as a shock to the more "meta" spam / spaz classes, but for those of us ignored so often its a breath of fresh air.

Thanks for changes. Please consider restoring access to the Z-Axis.
