I downloaded the client from a webiste after searching "Black Dessert Online" on Duckduckgo. I have downloaded the client, installed the newest client. I am on EU. 
When I click "Play", the client says "You currently do not own a Game Pass". When I click "Purchase" in the client, the second message appear in my webbrowser; "We apologize for the inconvenience. Failed to load the page. Please try again later". 
I want to try the game Free to Play, but, if this is no longer available, I am willing to pay, but this is not an option to me. What do I do?  

The account you are on indicates you already have an account, and created a character. You can see that by going to your Adventurer profile. It also shows that the account creation date was on August 8th, 2023.

This means you likely used the free 7 day pass for trying the game one year ago. Now the game is forcing you to buy the game pass in order to continue playing.

If the link to the payment does not work, you can simply do so on the website directly. Head on over here: https://payment.naeu.playblackdesert.com/en-US/Pay/Package and choose the "travelers package" version. This is the basic game access pass.

Once you bought this, and then logged in on the launcher (make sure it is the correct email), you should be able to play the game.
