Dear Pearl Abyss Team,

I’d like to propose a revamp of the guild furniture system to improve its utility, encourage greater guild participation, and enhance the overall experience of managing and decorating guild manors.

1. Restrict Furniture Access in Guild Manors
Currently, any member can pick up guild furniture from the guild manor. This can lead to issues with organization and potential misuse. Implementing restrictions—such as limiting this ability to guild officers or designated roles—would help maintain order and ensure that the furniture remains as intended.

2. Guild-Wide Contribution to Obtain Furniture
Under the current system, acquiring guild furniture often falls on the shoulders of a few members who must personally fund these items. This process feels less like a guild effort and more like an individual task. Instead, obtaining guild furniture should be a collaborative guild project. To acquire guild furniture, introduce large-scale, collaborative projects that feel rewarding upon completion. For instance:
- Introduce quests or tasks that allow all members to contribute.
- Enable funding through guild resources (e.g. spending billions in guild funds for construction. ).

- Gather specific materials through guild activities like guild quests

- Incorporate gathering materials or completing objectives via grinding, life skills, or other in-game activities.

This would give guilds meaningful, long-term goals to work towards together and foster a stronger sense of teamwork and achievement.

3. Enhanced Guild Furniture Design
Guild furniture could be reimagined to be larger and more grandiose compared to their private counterparts. These larger pieces would better suit the scale of guild manors, making them feel unique and prestigious.

4. Durability Replacement with Maintenance Cost
Instead of guild furniture losing durability over time, it could have a usage-based cost, similar to church buffs. For example, activating a Guild Nouver Statue could cost 30-50M silver. This approach ties functionality to ongoing guild efforts while avoiding the frustration of constantly replacing broken items.

Alternatively, if the furniture remains durability-based, its restoration could require completing guild tasks to repair it, similar to how guild bosses require weekly guild quests to be re-summoned.

Closing Thoughts
Revamping the guild furniture system to focus on collaboration, grandeur, and ongoing engagement would not only improve the utility of guild manors but also create new opportunities for guild activities. These changes could make guild manors a true centerpiece of community pride and achievement.

Thank you for considering this suggestion, and I hope to see more exciting updates to the guild system in the future!

Sincerely,
Rhiin (Riyoko)

This is a very good thing, so every guild should have a room/wall all members can use theyre furniture on.
If it was perms on removing your own made furniture after you used it would be very wrong since any member can go use your items.
When we can move them back in our inv we can make them and keep them for our own use, it wont get joinked by others.
Rest seems fine. Would love the pay silver for buffs on them.

Your suggestion goes against the main purpose of guild furniture, which is to provide benefits for the whole guild to enjoy. Letting players place and remove furniture for personal use kind of defeats the point—especially since crafting these items usually involves guild funds that everyone contributed to.

I think a better solution would be to introduce a usage-based cost for furniture or make them repairable as mentioned in my original post, so everyone can benefit from buffs without worrying about the durability being wasted or the furniture disappearing. Limiting the ability to pick up furniture to officers or specific roles could also stop trolls from misusing it, while still maintaining the communal purpose of guild furniture.

This way, guild members can freely use buffs for grinding and other activities, and the furniture stays secure and well-maintained for the whole guild.

I love all of these suggestions! Guild Manors are a good idea, but as currently implemented they leave much to be desired.  I really hope the PA team looks over your OP carefully and implements your suggestions!

That be great, rn the market for certain items is dead af cause its over ordered for guild buffs. Using existing items we already get from guild group events to repair these items would definitely be a better way to. One get people buffs without ruining manor aesthetic like you said. Two encourage people to do group content if they want to keep these buffs up and able to use them.
