The numbers very close to the shown numbers in the video, would be for the following counties in Texas:

2019: Coryell - year 1860
4171: Coryell - year 1870
4860: Hays - year 1880
6289: Hays - year 1890

The compass in the video is showing North-Northwest which means the person who wrote this note, moved from Coryell to Hays. If you check the map of USA, you can see that Hays is on the North-Northwest side, compared to Coryell, at a rough distance of 600 miles.

The clock in the video is showing roughly 12:22. During the 1860-1890 time period, it would be attributed to Texas ranger's patrols. 

General weapons used by these patrols were:

colt revolver

I am drawn to conclude this class is a long range marksman who uses a winchester rifle or a modified version of it and the other spec of the class would be an assassin or artillery archetype.

More than likely from all the videos popping up in my feed about BDO' Gunslinger class, they will mess it up ( Lost faith in this company after they showcased Scholar ( If Scholar was a Dwarf, I would still be playing BDO).
