Why is fishing in velia so much better than anywhere else? Would it be possible to boost the drop rates for prize fish in other areas?? I got zero prize fish last night in Ross sea....1900 mastery too, like wtf

I also noticed a difference 1 week after they released the fish update. The catch rate of silver beltfish in velia must have been secretly nerfed or something.

6pm'ish til just after 7am this morning I caught 14 red fish in Velia 4 of which were silver beltfish (80M) and another 35+ gold fish. I never get anywhere near that good at any other spots and velia is exhausted always. 

Hakoven area (before it turned exhausted), was getting 20-28 red fish per night (blue bat stars and corvinas)

But yes, I agree.  Velia should not be so boosted.  

After this patch fishing went straight to the toilet.  Once again PA does a bait and switch.  In fact its worse than ever before the new lineup of prize fish was introduced.

So not just me then...

Yeah, fishing for prize fish in Ross/Margoria is depressing.  It really should be better to fish way out in the open sea than right at the beach next to a town.

Velia has the advantage of being convenient.  Let the inconvenient spots have their attractions too.

Its terrible.  I used to fill my miraculous tank (50 fishes) with yellow and red catches in about 18 hours AFK.  Now its more than a day and half and I only have 40 out of 50 filled. 

What the hell did they do?

decent fishing before the new prize fish, introduces prize fish everyone gets excited and comes back afk, nerfs fishing.  Bait and switch.  I really hate it.  Its no wonder they lost $15M last quarter.
