Why the Fuck is there rng with worker skills? It's not like we don't have enough rng everywhere else in this game.... FOR FUCK SAKES, GIVE IT A BREAK!!!

This is a strong reason why people quitting the game because of gambling progression, either you fail everything or win something. Game ideea have a solid base of frustration build up, where you get fun is by a small percent of time spent in-game doing nothing special.

Btw if something will be change into guaranteed success then expect to have more faith in gambling then succeeding with guaranteed method :)
