Remove Agris Fever grind spots from the game

Having grind spots that require the use of Agris to make them competitive makes zero sense. Remove "#Agris Fever", rebalance trash rates, and just let Agris be what it was originally intended to be — a catch up mechanic for those who can't grind regularly.
