Leveling via questing is really quick and easy these days. It takes barely a day to level a new lvl 61 character, and with the item copy feature gearing up is no longer an issue either. The only grind that remains is the skill points. I think you have already noticed how Season characters gain a ton of skill points by just leveling up, and that skill point events are more common than ever. This in my opinion tells me that even the devs know grinding SP is a pain compared to the rest of the alt creating process.

I therefore suggest one or more of the following changes:

* Give the skill point books that Seasonal characters get to every new character who levels up by questing. Season or not.

* Increase the skill point gain increase of the daily Mercenary scrolls significantly, bring it up to 50% on the 2 hour scroll and 100% on the 1 hour scroll, combining into 150% and 300% respectively with Simple Alchemy.

* Give big skill point books for finishing Succession and Awakening quests.

With any of these changes, gaining Skill Points would be more in line with the other alt leveling process.
