What happened to the announced facility: removing worn items from other characters using a maid?

It was an update annouced at the biannual announcement stream event (Calpheon Ball / FESTA). These updates are not instantly implemented, but generally over the span of half a year to a year (at best). So you may have to wait a while until it is ready.
