Suggestions/Comments: Even though I agree that the new lightning horse is meant to be a rare item, I feel like the very limited amount of ways to acquire the material for it as of how it was announced so far is too low; personally, I find the limitation to the Black Shrine and the PvP content simply too narrow, considering how a large amount of the player base does neither have the committment or interest in either of these two features (anymore). PvE grinding and life skilling however, the methods that the other high-tier horses required you to do, too, are much more popular.

I therefore propose the idea of adding three additional ways on how to acquire the material for the lightning horse:
1. Let people be able to grind the material from high-end monster zones (310+ AP) at a low drop chance, sort of similar to the drop rate of Limbo Tokens. That way, people are not limited to a specific grind zone but are rather rewarded for their effort of achieving a strong set of gear and can make use of this gear and their performance by grinding end-game spots, all while slowly working towards the new horse.
2. Let people be able to obtain the material for the new horse through imperial horse delivery at a low rate. Alternatively, let the material for the horse drop during horse taming in the wild at a low rate. Therefore, people who actually do the horse training life skilling have a way to achieve a reward that is both suited for them and is something they (likely) strive for.
3. Add a way to be able to pick up a weekly quest of your choosing (either pvp-related, pve or life skilling of your choice) and let people choose their own way  of acquiring the material, by either slaying mobs in anymonster zone (or chosen zone out of the 310+ AP ones), fighting on the battlefield against other players or by performing a life skill of their choice.
Thanks for reading and thank you for your consideration.
Best regards,

They should have it where you collect different parts from various aspects of the game. Make it a real "content" reward.

Like 5 parts

Get part

1 when you make a carrack

2 when you T10 any horse

3 when you hit any Guru Life Skill

4 when you hit level 65

5 when you have played 200 RBF (No idea on if this is toio low for a pvp requirement)

This woiuuld feel much more like a reward for actually playing the game to me anyway.

You mean TRI Capotia isn't enough reward for hitting 65?!
