I played Awakening mystic before in like 2019... I haven't played the game in a while though, and I mostly just played on my witch.

Awakening Mystic is currently very strong in all content including PvE, small scale PvP, and large scale PvP. The guy above me has no idea what he's talking about.

Alot of the mystic mains (me) are still tagging other classes or full rerolled.
She lacks AOE and protections, and it gets annoying standing there waiting for mobs to group when Dosa/Woosa/Witch/Wiz are already nuking the mobs.

If you want a better variant of Mystic, Lahn is the play (also low apm), or DK even (been pretty popular since 2024).

BUT;
They made her shard skills only consume 1 shard. So you can spam shift q and sea burial off cooldown and it will pop the dragon effect.

PvP she is still the same, but you are more protected as Succession, yet compared to other "rat" classes she is very predictable and/or slow, so you will take a ton of peel damage from mid-long range classes, and even the "slow" classes will be chunking you.
