Suggestions/Comments:

This feedback is intended to describe the main problems and impressions regarding the houses and furniture. I will link to this message for each suggestion later. Since I have a lot of suggestions and discovered bugs.
And I am not going to describe it in general every time. And I'm aware that in "How to Submit Feedback" it was stated that each suggestion should have its own post. So let's begin!

I have to admit that I avoided nanors for a long time because this content was terribly unfinished and I considered many of the items to be difficult to craft. When guild manors were announced and introduced into the game, I expected that most of the old problems would be fixed. And so, I started building our guild manor. Only to find out that nothing much had changed. Horrifying. So I spent the last two months crafting furniture, statues, fountains and other things and trying to figure out what I could afford to combine. Or where to place it so that it looked good. And that's what brought me here. Because I can't get any further with my manor design. Not without some fixes.

The biggest problem with houses and manors in BDO is that people have no motivation to make their homes really nice. The second problem is that even though there are many people who would like to improve their houses and they like the many beautiful models that are in the game - it has one fatal flaw: most of them are very difficult to place. (Plus quite a few bugs and pointless limitations) And the average BDO player does not have the nerve to fiddle with one item for 30 minutes to x hours or look for tricks on how to even get the item to be placed in its intended place. I myself learned to bypass some things only after years...
This means that most homes can be divided into several categories:

1,Professional home builders like me who go for appearance and functionality at the same time. And they are willing to spend dozens of hours on it, despite the difficulties. (Very few people)

2,People who go for functionality and have homes mainly for alchemy and cooking. You can find mostly furniture from events that they spread around the house without much effort, usually at larger distances. (Because it's crappy for short distances, especially when you're doing it for the first time)

3,
Category is "warehouse" which can be divided into 3 subcategories:
A, for max score only
B, temporary storage during moving
C, Just storage and furniture items for buffs

4,
One-room (or two) apartments that are usually quite nice and undemanding in terms of decoration and in terms of the number of items.

Most houses and manors fall into categories 2, 3 A+C. and 4.

So how to improve this situation?

1, Add motivation.
Each house has a window where you can visit other players and consists of categories: Rank (determined by points), Friend, Guild and Party. I propose to expand this existing rank category up to 100 places. And add a new category where visitors will be able to rate the appearance both positively and negatively.Similar to chat groups. (Three votes per day/account) If the house is rated positively, the first bonus will be given. (It's up to you what it will be, I suggest a bonus to life skill (Alchemy/cooking) or stamina/small % to drop rate. If the player is placed on the top of the ranking, he will receive a second small bonus. If the player wants to invest in the bank, he should have both a high positive score from the vote and a lot of points from furniture. Bonuses can be applied to the entire map or only to a certain territory (Serendia, Balenos...). It could also be applied to the guild through the guild manor. I will leave that to the developers' discretion.

The above proposals will essentially eliminate the category of "warehouse" and simple alchemy/cooking houses.

2, Now we need to make sure that players don't go crazy decorating houses and manors due to items that are very difficult to place and plus bugs. What I will suggest now already exists in BDO. But not on all furniture. (For example Valencia, Volcanic, some Urimok furniture, etc.) It is an option for the furniture to partially blend in.At the same time, for statues, ceramics, etc., limit their dimensions for placement to the base only. The same for flowers and shrubs in pots. The only limitation for placement should be the base of the pot and the height of the plant. To avoid situations where an object cannot be placed in a certain place because there is a small leaf on the wall or something similar. Every item is placed in an invisible block that defines the boundaries of the item for its placement, and this block is usually defined by the largest dimension of the item. For example, a Gazebo - its roof. So you can't place anything around it, even if nothing visibly prevents it. This is how we have an umbrella in the game that cannot be placed next to a table or chairs. And this despite the fact that you can easily walk under it. There is of course more, but these two will suffice for this post. I will add the rest separately as I promised.

Finally, I will add a few pictures with examples.
