First, I would like to praise Pearl Abyss for their continious efforts to improve the game. As most gaming communities struggle with toxicity, I feel like BDO is an exception to that.

One of this game's most outstanding features is a big variety of bioms to explore, to farm silver and items in.

Before I beginn, I also would like to give the reasons as to why my feedback doesn't involve Elvia:

1. Its doesn't work lorewise

2. Dehkia gives opportunities to balance out the accessory market, which is still flooded by second rate items

3. Dehkia lantern spots have still the possibility to be extended to not stay at the same spot but to farm in a bigger area.

4. Since there is so much opposition to Dehkia/Pillar Grind Spots, I decided to rework my suggestion.

The followed Suggestion orients itself on the Golden Pig Cave and is a private Realm Grinding. Price: Dehkia Fuel or Accesories

This is why some of those places need a new revive. Here is my favorite List: 

1. Sycraia Underwater Ruins

Why?: Calling this grinding place a "time graveyard" is an understatement. People go there only for farming their last piece of "the ring", but it is widely known for the abyssally bad yield of this place lower and upper. Lower is even worse of, due to the rarity of the ring dropping mob.
The otherwise beautiful and sceneric Underwater Ruin becomes a place for loooooong depressing grinds, with the exception of few lucky players to drop "it" fast.
Suggestions for spots: 
    1. 3 Dehkia lvl1 spots in upper sycraia for 310-320AP+ around a tainted Coralised Shield generator riff with ELMERNOL and KUREBA as rare Boss mobs
Suggested mechanics (theme: generator sabotage) / Shield generator Realm :
The main generator spawns 3 smaller Generators, which protect it. The player has to attack and deactivate them first by attacking, before accessing the main generator. By attacking them, small defenders spawn and attack the player. After deactivating all 3 small generators within a time frame of 6 minutes (time before the 1st small generator reactivates/"AP test"), the player deactivates the main protection of the shield generator and triggers Security lvl2, spawning lots of mobs. When the main shield gets under 50%, Lvl3 is triggered and the boss (Elmermol) and 2 smaller, Boss Kurebas (with CC mechanics) appear, protecting the shield generator. Killing the boss and bringing the shield under 20% triggers a flooding event around it, killing all mobs near the generator and making the player swim under water while taking damage for a period of time (DP test/ no iFrame possible) for 10 seconds. After that, the shield repairs itself, restarts the whole process and you get several small chests of washed up treasures and trash loot. 
    2.  Ancient weapon production realm spots in abyssal Sycraia for 340AP+ around several tainted Towers of Restoration with several events like "high monster tide"
Suggested mechanics (theme: Corrupted Ancient weapon Construktors) / Dehkia lvl2: 6 tainted Towers of restoration appear, rapidly constructing stronger weapons and buffing mobs with 3 lvls of security awareness.
lvl1 standard mode: normal Mobs with high life/DP appear, but a standard attack damage
lvl2 overrun mode: faster and much more spawn with less DP and life, but with higher AP (AP/DP test)
Lvl3 overwelm mode: 6 Etermol with high AP and DP appear, trying to cc and kill the player.
Lvl4 administrator mode (rare event): a mechanical cuddlefish-boss appears (New Mob)
After lvl3 / lvl4, the player can destroy those 6 constructors and trigger a deep sea treasure flooding event, similar to upper Sycraia.
Suggested drops:
   + Essences of Dawn (Black Spirit Rage and Damage Reduction)
   + Essence of Devouring variety
   + Sycraia merchant ring piece (Lykin, Elmermol and bosses)
   + Deboreka Belt 
   + only Abyssal: New Artifact for Demihuman Damage as preparement for the new demon region

2. Kuit Island:

Why?: Beautiful Carribean Scenery, but nobody to appreciate... cause no yield AND too far away.
Suggestions for grinding:
   5-6 grinding spots for Dehkia lvl1 310AP+ and lvl2 340AP+ with pirates as enemies.
Suggested mechanics (theme: Treasure hoard defense):
Finding tainted treasure and activating the lantern triggers enrages and empowers the pirates to attack the player. 
Lvl1 "Brawl for gold": swarms of close combat pirates appear and attack the player.
lvl2 "Time to get serious" (hold till lvl 3 triggers): Snipers and stealthy assasins join the battle trying to overwelm the thief.
lvl3 "No more games": Elite Mobs with high AP, CC and life appear to attack the player.
lvl4 "Now this got personal" (rare event after lvl 3): The captain of pirates (boss) appears and attacks the player
Suggestions for drops:
   + Essences of Dawn (evasion and accuracy, cause good pirates are sneaky backstabbers :-P)
   + Crow Coins (because its pirates)
   + Essence of Devouring variety
   + Padix merchant ring piece (Drunken sniper, Elite and Captain)
   + Deboreka Necklace (cause pirates love jewelry)
   + only lvl2: New Artifact for Demihuman Damage as preparement for the new demon region

3. Gyfin Upper as dehkia lvl2 spot for a group of 5 players! 

Why?: Planed anyway.
Suggestions for grinding:
   4 for group of 4-5 grinding spots for Dehkia lvl1 330AP+ and lvl2 340AP+
Suggestions for drops:
   + Essences of Dawn (Black Spirit Rage and Accuracy)
   + Essence of Devouring variety
   + Mystical Light Core
   + Deboreka Necklace
   + only lvl2: New Artifact for Demihuman Damage as preparement for the new demon region
4. Deep Protty Cave as Dehkia lvl2 Spot 320AP+
Why?: Sea Coral themen Zone for Monster cave explorers
Suggestions for grinding:
   For group of 2 people grinding spots for Dehkia lvl1 320AP+ and lvl2 340AP+
Suggestions for drops:
   + Essence of Devouring variety
   + Golden Coral Heart (Treasure Item Piece)
   + Deboreka Necklace
   + only lvl2: New Artifact for Human Damage or Accuracy for PvP

5. Mirumok as dehkia lvl2 spot for a group of 3 players! 340AP+

Why?: Mirumok is a classic Spot for Kamasylvia Players
Suggestions for grinding:
   For group of 3 people; grinding spots for Dehkia lvl1 320AP+ and lvl2 340AP+
Suggestions for drops:
   + Essence of Devouring variety
   + Living Rainbow Moss (Treasure Item Piece)
   + Deboreka Necklace
   + only lvl2: New Artifact for Human Damage or Accuracy for PvP

6. Stars End as dehkia lvl2 spot for a group of 4 players! 340AP+

Why?: For Lovers of apocalyptic theme. Reviving a nearly dead spot. 
Suggested mechanics (theme: Filling the floating comet with corruption) / Dehkia lvl2:
lvl1 darkness doesnt equal void magic: lots of mobs spawn and attack the players, who attempt to taint their "fallen god" with void energy.  
lvl2 The Fallen One defends himself: Tentacles appear and sweep the area with big AOE attacks. Must be destroyed, because the the damage rises the longer they persist (AP/DP test)
Lvl3 Don't taint our sacrifice: An Apostle of Malevolence (small Boss) and alot of smaller mobs spawn. Must be cleared.
Lvl4 The Fallen One (rare event): The dying Apostle triggers the Spawn of an avatar of the "Fallen One", with several CC mechanics like a stronger version of the Black Star Weapon questline.
After lvl3 / lvl4, the cycle restarts
Suggestions for grinding:
   For group of 3 people; grinding spots for Dehkia lvl1 320AP+ and lvl2 340AP+
Suggestions for drops:
   + Essence of Devouring variety
   + Fragment of Chaos (Treasure Item Piece)
   + Cron Stones or Memory Fragments
   + New Artifact for Human Damage and Accuracy for PvP

Treasure ITEM Suggestion: 

Stone of the Wise (Elixir Amplifier)
Description: Mysterious porous, living Stone made through Alchemy by fusing rare, mystical materials. Some kind of light seems to shine from within, feeding the living outer shell. It has the miraculous property to amplify any elixir it absorbs by 6 times and can hold it until usage. Its effects is so strong, that it isn't even lost after death.
Function: Stone which works like a bottle. By filling it with 2 elixirs of the same kind, it fills itself to 12 Durability and gives on usage a buff for 15 minutes of the same elixir by consuming 1 durability. Refilling it with different elixirs will cause the remaining durability to get lost.
Grindable Parts:
+ Golden Coral Heart (Protty Cave)
+ Living Rainbow Moss (Mirumok)
+ Mystical Light Core (Gyfin)
+ Fragment of Chaos (Stars End)
Corrupt Oil of Immortality x100

Better only Dekhia spots.

Also want to see Dekhia 1 on many other spots with option for Dekhia 2, the percent of people owning 330AP is low and even less with 340AP, so spots with 310-320AP will be fair enough for D1 and 330AP for D2.

But atm game turned into a total cron game with very bad RNG, we will see an increase of popularity when they give stuff for free but not for too long. Also, they encourage AFK fishing, so why grinding and risking when its better to get few bills per day without any stress and more important without playing the game?

Elvia spots spawn a range from midgame to endgame stat requirements, don't require annoying dekhia fuel mechanic and usually don't have instakill mechanic making them better designed than dekhia. Otherwise, idea is excellent.

Oh, man. Elvia Pirates, my beloved... would bring back the nostalgia of grinding out 61 on cliff rotation from so many years ago. Too bad ow pvp is dead, otherwise we could see gvgs popping off there again.
